Shipping and Refund Policy

This Shipping and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of fine jewellery from Pendra Jewels.

We offer shipping, store credit, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)and on the terms set out in this Policy. Any benefits in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer rights under the ACL. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase so you understand your rights and what to expect if you are not satisfied with your order.

1. Returns & Warranties

Our Returns and Warranty Policy is in accordance with ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or store credit (rather than a refund) for any faulty goods that do not meet acceptable quality standards.

2. Returns

  • Returns are only allowed for damaged jewellery, and the extent of the damage will determine eligibility.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact Pendra Jewels via email at info@pendrajewels.com.

  • Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of Pendra Jewels.

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Rings

  • Earrings

  • Necklaces

  • Bracelets

Non-returnable items cannot be exchanged or returned, even if damaged, unless Pendra Jewels determines a repair or store credit is appropriate for faulty goods.

4. Store Credit (Replaces Refunds)

  • Pendra Jewels does not provide cash refunds.

  • Approved returns or faulty items may be eligible for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the Pendra Jewels website.

  • Store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by Pendra Jewels.

5. Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for jewellery items, including those that are damaged or defective. Store credit may be offered for eligible cases.

6. Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Coverage takes effect immediately upon checkout and continues until the goods are delivered safely to the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection for peace of mind.

7. Important Information for Returns

  • For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Pendra Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipping.

8. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you experience a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit.

  • If goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards but do not amount to a major failure, Pendra Jewels will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

9. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $23.90

  • Express Shipping: $31.80

  • Free shipping on orders over $300 within Australia

10. Dispatch and Delivery of Goods

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days, though some orders may take 2–4 days from order placement.

  • Goods are shipped using the most efficient carriers available, with Australia Post being a primary partner.

  • Pendra Jewels is not responsible for loss, damage, delayed delivery, or non-delivery once items have been dispatched.

11. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

13. Errors and Omissions

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. Pendra Jewels reserves the right to correct pricing or product detail errors.
