Shipping and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from Pendra Jewels.
We operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This policy sets out our store procedures, which operate alongside your legal rights.

1. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.
All orders are dispatched from within Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $23.80

  • Express Shipping: $31.80

  • Free shipping on orders over $200

All parcels are sent via trusted carriers including Australia Post.

2. Change of Mind Policy

Due to the nature of fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Faults, Damage & Assessment Process 

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must contact us at:

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

All items must be returned to Pendra Jewels for assessment before any resolution is determined.

4. Remedies 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • If the issue is minor, we will first offer a repair. If repair is not suitable, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

  • If the issue is major, you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law to a replacement or refund.

However, where appropriate and in line with the nature of fine jewellery, Pendra Jewels will first attempt to:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace it with the same or a similar piece

If a replacement is not available, the customer may choose between:

  • A refund to original payment method, or

  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are processed only after assessment and approval.

5. Non-Change-of-Mind Items

For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on:

  • Earrings

  • Rings

  • Necklaces

  • Bracelets

This does not apply to items deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Approved remedies for faulty items may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

7. Shipping Protection

All orders are dispatched from within Australia.

Shipping Protection covers loss or damage in transit only.
We strongly recommend selecting this option at checkout.

8. Return Shipping

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items for assessment.

Pendra Jewels is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

9. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

We accept:

  • PayPal

10. Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors.
