By accessing our Website or purchasing from Pendra Jewels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Website immediately.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your order is for delivery within Australia

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

  • Products are unavailable

  • There are errors in pricing or product listings

  • A delivery address outside Australia is provided

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to goods lost or damaged before delivery.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are fully protected.

If a Product is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence so we can assess and resolve the issue.

All content on this Website, including jewellery designs, product images, logos, branding, text, and graphics, is the property of Pendra Jewels and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable laws.
